Neerav Jadeja, Chief Executive Officer

Neerav Jadeja has been a cornerstone of Paradise Valley Hospital’s leadership since 2011, first serving as CEO/Administrator from 2011 to 2018, and returning in 2019 to continue guiding the hospital’s mission of high quality, community focused care. Under his leadership, Paradise Valley Hospital earned national recognition, including the Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award for eleven consecutive years, placing the hospital among the top 10% in the nation for patient safety, along with consecutive “A” grades for hospital safety from The Leapfrog Group, “Gold Plus” awards from the American Heart Association, and most recently as a Forbes Magazine “Top Hospital” for 2026.

Beyond his work within the hospital, Neerav is deeply engaged in healthcare leadership across the region and state. He currently serves on the California Hospital Association Board and is the Chair-Elect for the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties Board (HASDIC).

Here in National City, Neerav has also given back through his service as a board member of the National City Chamber of Commerce, strengthening partnerships between local businesses and community institutions.

Originally from Alabama and Florida, Neerav now lives in San Diego with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Southern California, traveling with his family, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
