Nursing Mission

With compassion, we utilize Patient Family Centered Care delivery through confident care, professionalism, knowledge, skills, and partnerships with our patients, families, peers and physicians. We collaborate with the community to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve through excellent patient care and safe quality evidence-based practice.

Nursing Philosophy

People
We partner with our peers, patients and families to provide patient family-centered care based on the unique physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of each patient. We respect each patient's right to safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and coordinated care and are committed to protecting his/her dignity, privacy and confidentiality.

Accountability
We hold ourselves accountable for the care we provide and for upholding Nursing standard of Service, Clinical and Operational excellence at all times. We commit ourselves to continued professional growth through ongoing education and certification and to base our nursing practice on scientific evidence and the highest of professional and behavioral standards.

Teamwork
We foster collaborative, interdisciplinary relationships that promote mutual respect and teamwork, strengthen patient care and facilitate seamless care transitions for our patients.
